Refunds & Cancellations
Pexlo is a personalized, one-time digital service. Because each strategy report is custom-built around the specific information a customer provides, our refund policy reflects the nature of that work.
Before your report is delivered: If you have completed payment but have not yet submitted your intake information, or your report has not yet been delivered, you may request a full refund at any time by contacting support@pexlo.co.
After your report is delivered: Because your strategy report is fully personalized and the work has been completed and delivered as agreed, we do not offer refunds once the report has been sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If we do not deliver within the promised timeframe: Each plan includes a stated delivery window (24–72 hours depending on your selected plan). If we fail to deliver your report within that window, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.
If your report contains a material error: If your delivered report contains a significant error resulting from a mistake on our part, rather than inaccurate information you provided to us, we will correct the report at no charge or issue a full refund, at your discretion.
